What goes

Less of what eats your week.

Pinny: Six jobs PharmGo takes off your hands.

  • No more paper run sheets

The round is on the driver's phone, in the order they'll reach each door.

  • No more “where's my medicine” calls

Patients get a message and a link that shows when you're coming.

  • No more Friday timesheets

Drivers clock in on the app, and hours and pay add themselves up.

  • No more lost bags

Every bag has a shelf, and the van is loaded by scanning.

  • No more signatures on paper

The driver can take a photo and a signature on the phone, and a controlled drug or fridge delivery can't finish without both.

  • No more patient chats on staff phones

Messages go from your pharmacy's own WhatsApp number, into one inbox.

The PharmGo platform

One system, set up your way.

The web portal on the shop computer, one PharmGo app that shows each person their own job, and a tracking page for patients. Your pharmacy turns on the parts it uses, all in the one price.

Pinny: Your drivers use their own phones; patients install nothing.

Questions

What pharmacy owners ask before they start.

Pinny: If yours isn't here, our email is just below.

What is PharmGo?

PharmGo is delivery software for UK pharmacies. You plan the day's round, your drivers get their stops on the PharmGo app, patients get a message with a tracking link, and drivers' hours and pay are added up for you. It runs on the web and on iPhone and Android.

How much does PharmGo cost?

£30 a month for your first branch, and £10 a month for each extra branch. Unlimited drivers, deliveries and patients. No setup fee and no charge per driver or per delivery. The first 30 days are free.

How do I get started?

Start free, bring your patients in from your PMR's export, add your drivers and plan your first round. A step-by-step guide and a short video for each part are inside PharmGo, and on the web you can skip a setup step and come back to it.

Is PharmGo only for big pharmacies?

No. One shop with one driver pays £30 a month and gets the same app and guides as a group. A group pays £10 a month for each branch after the first.

Can I bring my patients over from my PMR?

Yes. PharmGo reads your PMR's patient export, a spreadsheet or a pasted list. You check the columns before anything is saved.

What record does each delivery keep?

Who took it out, when, where it was handed over and who received it. The PharmGo app asks the driver for a signature and a photo on controlled drug and fridge deliveries, and a failed delivery is logged with its reason.

Do my drivers need their own phones?

Yes. Drivers use the free PharmGo app on their own iPhone or Android phone, and sign in with the details you give them.

Where are proof photos and signatures kept?

They are stored privately, never at a public web address. Your signed-in team can open them, a patient can see their own after confirming their date of birth, and a link you share outside PharmGo expires.

What if a driver loses signal?

The PharmGo app keeps working. Completed deliveries and messages wait on the phone, it shows what is waiting, and they send when the signal is back.

What does WhatsApp cost?

Patients get messages from your pharmacy's own WhatsApp Business number, which you connect with a guide inside PharmGo; WhatsApp's own checks can take a few days. WhatsApp charges for business messages itself, billed to your own WhatsApp Business account, not through PharmGo.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time. Your card is taken at sign-up and nothing is charged for 30 days. You can export your patients, deliveries and hours as a CSV file whenever you like.
