Compliance · proof enforced on every drop

Controlled drugs delivery, recorded properly at the door.

Named-recipient signature, photo and GPS proof on every CD drop — enforced by the app, not left to the driver's memory.

Your CD register stays the legal record in the pharmacy; PharmGo gives the delivery leg the same rigour. The driver app won't complete a controlled-drug handover without the proof, the trail behind it is append-only, and when the inspector asks, the evidence is a download — not a search through van paperwork.

Works from day one — the CD rules are built into the driver app every driver already downloads free.

Enforced, not encouraged

The app won't let a CD handover go wrong.

Every delivery needs signature, photo and GPS proof before it can complete. Controlled-drug lines add a named recipient at the door, and methadone is patient-only — with the methadone flag automatically applying the controlled-drug rules, so a mis-tagged bag can't skip them. There is no 'skip' button to train drivers out of.

Audit trail

A trail that can't be quietly tidied up.

The record behind every delivery is append-only: entries can't be edited or deleted, and a correction is a new entry linked to the original. A day-by-day audit log shows who did what, when — which is exactly the property an inspector wants a delivery record to have.

Before the bag leaves the shelf

Schedule 2 needs a second pair of eyes.

At handout from the pharmacy's shelving area, a Schedule 2 bag can't be released on one person's say-so: a second signed-in staff member must witness with their own signature. If any controlled-drug check fails, the whole handout is rejected — nothing goes out half-checked.

When the inspector asks

The evidence file is a download.

A ready-made inspection report pack pulls the delivery evidence together, every delivery's proof history exports as PDF, and the audit log is scoped by day. The question 'how are your deliveries evidenced?' gets a document, not a story.

Does PharmGo replace the pharmacy's CD register?

No — your CD register remains the legal record kept in the pharmacy. PharmGo covers the delivery leg with the same rigour: a named-recipient signature, photo and GPS-stamped handover record for every controlled-drug drop, audit-linked to the delivery and exportable when you need to evidence what happened at the door.

What record is captured when a controlled drug is delivered to a patient's home?

The driver app enforces signature, photo and GPS-stamped proof before any delivery can complete. Controlled-drug lines additionally require the recipient's name at the door, and methadone deliveries are patient-only — the methadone flag automatically applies the controlled-drug rules, so a mis-tagged bag can never skip them.

How does PharmGo help when the GPhC inspector asks about deliveries?

You download it: a ready-made inspection report pack, a day-by-day audit log, and every delivery's proof history exportable as PDF. The underlying trail is append-only — corrections are recorded as new entries, never edits — so the record you show is the record that was made.

Is there a witness step for Schedule 2 controlled drugs?

Yes, at handout from the pharmacy. A Schedule 2 bag cannot leave the shelving area without a second signed-in staff member witnessing with their own signature, and if any controlled-drug check fails the whole handout is rejected — nothing slips through half-checked.

What is PharmGo?

PharmGo is a UK pharmacy delivery management platform — live driver tracking, route optimization, audit-proof proof of delivery, recurring schedules, and GPS-verified payroll, all on one £30/month flat plan.

How is PharmGo different from other pharmacy delivery apps?

PharmGo runs your whole delivery operation: the same £30 covers your drivers' GPS-verified shifts and payroll, WhatsApp and live-map updates to patients, and care-home bulk rounds with a proof for every resident. It's the delivery software, the driver workforce layer, and the patient experience in one product.

How much does PharmGo cost?

£30 per month flat. Unlimited drivers, unlimited deliveries, unlimited branches. No per-driver fees, no per-delivery fees, no setup fees, no annual contract. First 30 days free.

How does PharmGo support my GPhC obligations?

PharmGo captures signature, photo, and GPS-stamped proof of delivery for every drop, with full audit trails and timestamped patient communications — the records you need when the inspector asks how deliveries are evidenced.

Can I import patient and delivery data from my existing PMR?

Yes. PharmGo imports from RxWeb, ProScript, Positive Solutions, and Titan. We add new PMR formats within two weeks of request.

How long does setup take?

Most pharmacies are live the same day. Sign up, import your patient list (CSV or PMR export), invite your drivers, and start dispatching within an hour.

Do my drivers need their own phones?

Drivers use the PharmGo iOS or Android app on their own device. The app is free and works on any phone running iOS 15+ or Android 9+.
