Drivers' hours

Pay worked out from clock-ins.

Each pay period's hours come from clock-ins, with your break and overtime rules applied, and each driver's gross pay worked out.

Delivery as income

Charge for delivery, and get paid before it leaves.

The NHS does not pay for home delivery of ordinary prescriptions, and by 2025 a quarter of owners had stopped delivering for free. PharmGo sends the link, holds the delivery until it is paid and keeps each patient's plan.

What owners ask before they start.

What does it cost?

£30 a month for your first branch, and £10 a month for each extra branch. Unlimited drivers, deliveries and patients. No setup fee, and no charge per driver or per delivery. The first 30 days are free.

Can I charge patients for delivery?

Yes. Send a payment link for a delivery or any amount, paid into your own card-payment account; hold deliveries until they are paid; or put regular patients on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly delivery plan.

Who is responsible for the delivery record?

You are, as the owner. PharmGo keeps the delivery part of the record for you: who took it out, when, where it was handed over and who received it, with a photo and a signature.

Can I leave with my data?

Yes. Export your patients, deliveries and hours as a CSV file whenever you like, and cancel any time.

Who sets it up?

You do, with step-by-step guides and short videos inside PharmGo: your patients from your PMR's export, your drivers, and your first round. On the web you can skip a setup step and come back to it.
