Questions

What pharmacies ask us.

Do patients need to download an app to track their prescription delivery?

No. The tracking page is a link that arrives with the delivery message and opens in the phone's browser. There is no app, no account and no password, and a relative the link is forwarded to can open it too.

How does the tracking link reach the patient?

With the delivery message, on the patient's preferred channel: WhatsApp from your pharmacy's own number, a text message or an email. When WhatsApp cannot reach them, the update goes by text message and then by email.

What does the patient see?

The driver's first name, an arrival time, how many deliveries are before theirs, and when it was collected and delivered. The page updates while it is open.

Can patients see exactly where the driver is?

Not straight away. Until the patient is next, the page shows an area around the driver, the arrival time and how many deliveries are ahead. The exact place shows once the delivery before theirs is done and the driver is close.

What if the patient isn't going to be home for the delivery?

From their own patient page a patient can set a safe place, or ask for the delivery to go to a different address. An address change waits for your team to approve it before anything moves.

Can my team see where the drivers are too?

Yes. Managers see every driver on shift on a live map, on the web and on the phone, and other staff can be given the same view. Drivers share their position only while they are clocked in.

Can the patient see the proof of delivery?

After the delivery the page shows when it was delivered, who it was handed to in general terms, and the driver. To see the photo, the signature and the PDF, the patient first enters their date of birth.
