It arrives with the delivery update, opens in any browser, and shows the driver coming with a live driving-time ETA computed from where the van actually is. Do patients need to download an app to track their prescription delivery?

No. Track+ is just a link — it arrives with the delivery update, opens in the phone's browser, and shows the driver approaching with a live ETA. No app, no account, no password. It works for the patient's daughter forwarding it on, too.

How accurate is the ETA the patient sees?

It's a real driving-time ETA computed from the driver's actual position on the road — not a two-hour window or a guess made at dispatch. As the round progresses, the ETA moves with the driver.

Can patients see exactly where the driver is?

That's your call, not a default. Driver position on the tracking page is privacy-graded — precise, vague or approximate — set by the pharmacy, and the patient's own home coordinates are kept out of what's served to the page.

What if the patient isn't going to be home for the delivery?

The tracking page is two-way: a patient can request an address change from it, the request queues for the manager's approval, and once approved the delivery goes to the right door. A 'nearly there' message about ten minutes out gives patients time to get to the door in the first place.
