  • You can now see what's coming over the next 14 days — how much is booked each day, what your schedules will add on top, and whether any of it is still unassigned. Tap any day to open that day's round. It's on the deliveries board and on the driver app.

  • Drivers no longer lose their session when there's no signal. The app stays signed in, keeps every assigned stop on the phone, and holds signatures and photos until reception comes back — with a banner showing how many are waiting and a tap to send them.

  • Handing deliveries to another driver now asks that driver first. The offer sits as waiting until they accept, so nothing leaves a round until both drivers agree.

  • You now get an alert when a driver has been stopped somewhere for longer than the round expects, and a notification on your phone if it carries on. It opens straight into Live Tracking so you can see where they are.

  • Live Tracking's timeline now plays back — press play to watch a driver's day replay at 1×, 2× or 4×, or drag to any moment and it holds there until you hand it back to live. As it plays it names the stop they were driving to at that point, and clicking any stop on the timeline opens it on the map.

  • The Help Center now has step-by-step guides for the Delivery Hub, the Driver Hub and the Patient Hub, showing every screen in order as a manager actually sees it.

We added Invoicing — build an invoice from your saved charges and the customers you bill, set VAT line by line, and send it as a PDF or by email. The invoice number is only issued when you send, so a draft you abandon never leaves a gap in your numbering. It's on the dashboard and the driver app.+7 more
  • We added Invoicing — build an invoice from your saved charges and the customers you bill, set VAT line by line, and send it as a PDF or by email. The invoice number is only issued when you send, so a draft you abandon never leaves a gap in your numbering. It's on the dashboard and the driver app.

  • You can now decide how much of a patient's record each driver sees — date of birth, NHS number, delivery history — driver by driver, from the driver hub. There's also a setting that keeps patient details hidden on the phone until a driver has clocked in for their shift.

  • Managers can now run far more of the day from the phone: put a delivery on hold, resume or reopen it, pick several off the backlog at once to reschedule or cancel, work through the failed-delivery queue, and reply to a patient's WhatsApp message. Editing your pharmacy's profile, changing your own password, and looking over your group's branches, members and their access all moved onto the phone too.

  • We added a Payments section — every payment link, card payment and cash on delivery in one place, with what's outstanding, what's been collected, refunds recorded, and the lot exportable. You can generate a payment link without sending it, then share it on WhatsApp or copy it yourself. It's on the dashboard and the driver app.

  • Patients now hear from you when a delivery is cancelled or put on hold, not just when it's on its way — WhatsApp first, then email, then a text message. Anyone already signed up for delivery updates was switched on for these automatically, and when you need to say something yourself you can now send a WhatsApp message straight from a patient's page.

  • You can now make your own delivery and patient tags — name them, colour them, and mark the ones a driver must not miss. Safety-critical tags show as a banner across the driver's delivery card, so "ring twice" or "dog in the garden" can't be scrolled past. Tags can be set up and applied from the dashboard or the phone.

  • You can now generate your compliance records as a report — the controlled-drugs register, fridge temperatures, care-home deliveries and tray patients — from Insights or from the phone. Every export shows you the finished PDF, spreadsheet or file before you send it, and can be emailed to you in one tap.

  • Patient messages now go out through your own accounts — keep the WhatsApp number you already use in the WhatsApp Business app, send emails from your own Outlook or Microsoft 365 mailbox, and send text messages through your own text-message account. You can also rewrite the wording of the out-for-delivery, delivered and missed-you emails, add a short list of your services underneath, and send yourself a test before it goes anywhere near a patient.

We added a fridge temperature log — register every fridge you keep stock in, then record its readings as many times a day as you actually check, with anything outside the safe range flagged as a breach that needs a written note. You can log a check you did earlier in the day, put a past entry right, and export or email the whole log for an inspection. It's on the dashboard and the driver app.+7 more
  • We added a fridge temperature log — register every fridge you keep stock in, then record its readings as many times a day as you actually check, with anything outside the safe range flagged as a breach that needs a written note. You can log a check you did earlier in the day, put a past entry right, and export or email the whole log for an inspection. It's on the dashboard and the driver app.

  • We added a Responsible Pharmacist log — a card at the top answers who is on duty right now, and duty assumed, absences with their stated reason, and duty ceased all land in one continuous list you can scroll back through. Tap any past day to put the whole day right in one save, and export or email the log filtered to a single pharmacist. It replaces the paper record, on the dashboard and the driver app.

  • Self-employed drivers can now raise a numbered invoice straight from their own timesheet, mileage included, and send it to you as a PDF. Everything they send arrives in one list under Payroll, so you are not chasing invoices by message.

  • You can now pull a proof-of-delivery PDF for any delivery, completed or failed, or send someone a link to it that lasts 30 days and can be cancelled by generating a new one. A care home or a patient chasing a signature can be answered in seconds from the deliveries board.

  • Stops running behind the time you promised now show how late they are and sort to the top of the tracking board, with one click to hand them to another driver. You can also set a delivery window on a delivery zone — between 1pm and 4pm, say — so what a patient is told matches how the round actually runs.

  • Drivers now get a notification the moment they reach a stop, even with the app in their pocket, and tapping it opens that delivery ready to complete. No hunting through the list for the right address while parked at the door.

  • We added tray patients — every patient whose medicines you pack into trays, each with a countdown to the day their next tray needs ordering and one tap to mark it done. Switch deliveries on when you add them and the repeating drop is set up at the same time. It's on the dashboard and the driver app.

  • Adding a care home now starts with a postcode search of the official register — pick it from the list and its name, address and type fill themselves in. After a patient import we also point out residents sharing an address with a home you already have, or with one on the register you have not added yet, so you can enrol them in a tap. It works whether you paste your patients in or upload a file.

We removed the barrage of permission prompts that used to greet drivers the moment they opened the app, before they'd even signed in. Camera, photo, and location access are now only asked for at the point you actually need them.+11 more
  • We removed the barrage of permission prompts that used to greet drivers the moment they opened the app, before they'd even signed in. Camera, photo, and location access are now only asked for at the point you actually need them.

  • Settings and the Help Center are now single, focused pages instead of being split across several columns, so it's quicker to find what you're looking for.

  • We added Delivery Zones — group your regular round into zones with fixed delivery days, so those rounds schedule themselves. Urgent prescriptions still cut straight through, any day.

  • You can now start typing a postcode and pick the exact address from a list, instead of typing the full address by hand — fewer failed deliveries from a mistyped address.

  • Delivery zone boundaries are now drawn from real postcode and neighbourhood outlines on the map, so you can see and adjust exactly which streets are in which zone by tapping the map itself.

  • Driver-to-driver messaging is now available, and unread message badges show up everywhere, so nothing gets missed on the driver app.

  • You can now connect your pharmacy's WhatsApp Business account in one tap from the app itself — no computer needed — and it's included on every plan.

  • You can now see where a company vehicle currently is from the Fleet page, based on whichever driver has it clocked in.

  • Drivers now only see notifications addressed to them, not the whole pharmacy's notification feed.

  • Insights now has one clear page for driver performance — output, cost, and conduct at a glance, exportable as a spreadsheet — instead of scattered reports.

  • Your dashboard and deliveries list now follow the order drivers will actually visit stops, showing what's already happened today and predicting what's coming next as it happens.

  • Search now also covers vehicles, staff, care homes, and delivery zones, and can jump you straight to any page in the dashboard — not just the ones in the sidebar.

A patient's page now shows their past, present, and upcoming deliveries in one place, with filters to jump between them.+8 more
  • A patient's page now shows their past, present, and upcoming deliveries in one place, with filters to jump between them.

  • Route optimising is now one tap — it remembers your preferred style and settings, so you don't have to reconfigure the round every time.

  • Any driver can now act on behalf of a teammate — scanning or creating deliveries for them, with a handover record kept for both — useful when someone's out and their round needs covering.

  • Searching on the driver app now shows results as you type, with a quick preview before you open the full record.

  • You can now flag a delivery as Acute alongside Urgent, so it's easy to spot in the list.

  • Setting up a new care home now starts with just a postcode — add all its residents in one go instead of one at a time.

  • Managers can now define their own break types, with drivers automatically clocked back in when a break ends.

  • Drivers who use more than one vehicle can now switch between them in the app, and shared company vehicles have their own pool so nobody has to fight over the keys.

  • Driver invite QR codes no longer expire — print one once and pin it up for new starters to scan whenever they join.

When a delivery can't be completed, we now message the patient straight away and drop it into a queue to rebook — so nothing falls through the cracks.+14 more
  • When a delivery can't be completed, we now message the patient straight away and drop it into a queue to rebook — so nothing falls through the cracks.

  • Patients can now pay for their prescription directly from the WhatsApp message itself, before the driver even arrives.

  • Patients get a heads-up message when their driver is about ten minutes away.

  • Patients can rate their delivery after it's completed, giving you an ongoing read on service quality.

  • You can now export a complete evidence pack for any date range in one click, ready for an inspection.

  • If a patient can't be reached on WhatsApp, we now automatically try email, then a text message, so delivery updates always get through.

  • Drivers get their own earnings screen, showing what they've made without having to ask.

  • Drivers can now navigate turn-by-turn inside the app itself, without switching to a separate maps app.

  • We introduced ZOOM, a smarter way to plan a driver's round, with three styles to choose from — ZOOM for the quickest drive, Area by area for a tidy neighbourhood-by-neighbourhood order, or Straight line for the simplest nearest-next route.

  • Search got much faster on both the dashboard and the driver app — jump straight to any page or record from one search box instead of digging through menus.

  • We added prescription-list imports for Titan and Positive Solutions, plus the ability to scan a printed label to pull a patient straight in — on top of the RxWeb and ProScript imports already there.

  • We added full vehicle management — register your fleet and we automatically pull MOT and tax status, remind you before documents expire, and track mileage for reimbursement.

  • You can now set a temporary alternate address for a patient's delivery, with a full record of who changed it and when.

  • Driver run sheets can now be printed or emailed fully filled in, ready to hand to a driver before they head out.

  • Live tracking now shows a driver's next stop and flags anything unusual about their progress, at a glance.

We combined driver and staff management into one place, with active, pending, and disabled status shown up front — so you can see at a glance who's ready to work.+14 more
  • We combined driver and staff management into one place, with active, pending, and disabled status shown up front — so you can see at a glance who's ready to work.

  • You can now export payroll for any custom date range, straight to your inbox as a spreadsheet — so you're not stuck waiting for the standard pay period to close.

  • We built a full portal for care homes — resident requests, a delivery calendar, staff access with roles, messaging with the pharmacy, and their own audit trail and reports — so care homes can look after routine admin themselves instead of phoning you.

  • Delivering to a care home now takes one signature at the door for the whole drop, while we keep a separate, audit-linked proof of delivery for every resident behind it — so you're covered without holding up the driver at every door.

  • Managers can now message drivers directly in the app, and drivers get a proper inbox for replies — so day-to-day updates don't rely on phone calls.

  • Billing moved into your group settings alongside everything else, so you're not hunting for a separate billing page.

  • You can now paste your prescription list straight from RxWeb or ProScript and we'll set up the deliveries for you — no manual retyping.

  • New drivers can now join your team by scanning a QR code and signing themselves up — you just approve them once they're in.

  • Connecting your WhatsApp Business account now takes one click, instead of a manual setup process.

  • We added extra login protection — repeated failed sign-ins now lock an account, and you can sign out of every device at once if a phone or laptop goes missing.

  • If a payment fails, you'll now see a clear banner in your dashboard telling you what's happened and what to do next — no surprise interruptions to your service.

  • Invoices now show a clear, VAT-compliant breakdown, and if you run more than one branch under a group, billing combines automatically across them.

  • We rebuilt shifts and payroll from the ground up — clock-in history, driver pay rate cards, shift alerts, and a proper payroll workspace, all in one place.

  • If you run more than one branch, you can now switch between them from a single login, with one group-level view of billing and settings.

  • We launched Track+ — a public tracking page a patient can open straight from a WhatsApp message to watch their delivery on its way, with no app or account needed.

We added break categories — tea, lunch, and more — so break time is now tracked and automatically deducted from pay.+13 more
  • We added break categories — tea, lunch, and more — so break time is now tracked and automatically deducted from pay.

  • Staff members can now be deactivated instead of deleted, keeping their history intact while removing their access. Each driver also got their own QR code for identification, and new staff can be activated in a few taps.

  • Proof-of-delivery photos no longer get silently cut off at five — every photo you take now uploads and attaches to the record, and you can swipe between them instead of scrolling a single strip.

  • History search no longer lags behind your typing, and there's now a prominent search bar plus a tappable Charges filter to jump straight to charged deliveries.

  • We added a payroll view showing driver hours and wages for any date range, with the ability to set pay rates per driver or a pharmacy-wide default.

  • We added a Weekly Shift Grid so managers can see a driver's whole week at a glance, plus a Staff Overview screen with reports you can export as a spreadsheet. Managers can now also add a missed break to a shift after the fact.

  • Manager Home got a redesign — a live map with a pending-today list front and centre, so you can see what's outstanding without digging.

  • The live map now says "No signal" rather than "GPS off" when a driver's location is stale, and shows their last-known position instead of nothing.

  • Delivery Hub and Patient Hub got a redesign — grouped by driver, with a cleaner card layout that always shows who's assigned to what.

  • If you manage more than one branch, each one now has its own detail screen showing a quick summary.

  • Recurring schedules are now available on the driver app too, not just the dashboard.

  • We rebuilt the web dashboard's Patient, Driver, Delivery, and Schedule pages with a consistent two-column layout — a detail view alongside a list you can browse, so you're never digging back and forth to find what you were looking at.

  • The web dashboard's notifications moved into a single list with bulk actions, instead of being scattered across a dropdown.

  • Live Tracking on the web dashboard now shows each driver's status — live, stale, or off — with today's route drawn on the map, and a searchable, filterable list alongside it.

  • We gave the driver app a visual refresh — redesigned home screens for managers and drivers, a cleaner delivery card, and consistent layouts across patients and deliveries.

  • Adding and editing a delivery is quicker now — a single unified form with a shared date picker and cleaner search, instead of several different screens.

  • We redesigned login and pharmacy selection with a cleaner, more consistent look.

  • Completing a delivery run is smoother now — swipe to mark a stop complete, with a route overlay so you always know what's next.

  • History got a redesign, easier to scan and matched to the rest of the app.

  • We reorganised the Functions menu into grouped hubs — Delivery, Driver, and Patient — so related tools live together instead of being scattered across a flat list.

  • You're no longer randomly signed out while using the app.

  • Location tracking now only runs while a driver is actually clocked in — it pauses automatically on a break.

Drivers who've turned off location sharing still show up on the live map — as offline — instead of disappearing from the list entirely.+2 more
  • Drivers who've turned off location sharing still show up on the live map — as offline — instead of disappearing from the list entirely.

  • A driver can now take over another driver's route, with the reassigned deliveries and a notification sent automatically to the new driver.

  • Alternate delivery addresses can now be set as the default for a patient, and we'll prompt you to make it the default the moment you add one — so you're not re-entering the same address every time.

  • We tidied Settings and Functions into collapsible sections, so it's quicker to find what you need.

  • Driver location history is now snapped to the actual roads instead of raw GPS dots, so a driver's route looks right on the map.

  • Shifts now clock a driver out automatically if they forget, and drivers can request an edit to a shift instead of you having to fix it by hand.
