How does the driver deliver to a care home with many residents?
Every resident's delivery for the home is one stop on the driver's round, or one stop per wing when the home has wings. At the door the driver signs them off together, and each resident's delivery is marked delivered on its own record.
Can PharmGo hold a care home's wings and rooms?
Yes. Each care home has its residents, grouped by wing, with their room numbers, so a bag is matched to the right resident.
Who can sign for a care home?
Each home keeps a list of trusted recipients. At the hand-over the driver picks the person who took the delivery from that list, and a new name typed at the door is added to it.
Can care home deliveries repeat on a schedule?
Yes. Repeat schedules create a home's deliveries ahead of time, including residents on trays, and a home can have a monthly delivery booked from its page.
How are a resident's controlled drugs and fridge items handled?
The tags stay on the resident's own delivery. A controlled drug or fridge item is not marked delivered without a signature and a photo, and they are kept on that resident's record.
Can I give a care home a record of its deliveries?
Yes. The care home report lists a home's deliveries for a date range, for one home or every home, to view on screen or download. Each delivery also has its own proof-of-delivery PDF.
Can a care home be a delivery zone?
Yes. A zone can be made of care homes, so a home's deliveries are dated to that zone's delivery days.
