How do drivers clock in?
On the PharmGo app on their own phone. The app records where they were when they clocked in and out. A pharmacy can also put up a QR poster or an NFC tag to clock in at.
Does GPS clock-in block a driver who's outside the pharmacy?
Not unless you choose it. By default, how far the driver was from the pharmacy is kept on the shift record and does not stop them starting their shift. You can switch on a rule that refuses a clock-in outside the pharmacy's area.
How does PharmGo handle paid and unpaid breaks?
You set up break types the way your pharmacy runs them: paid or unpaid, a limit in minutes, and how many a driver can take in a shift or a day. Unpaid breaks come off the hours when pay is worked out.
What's actually in the payroll export?
A spreadsheet with a summary of every driver's hours, rate and total, and a sheet for each driver with their clock-ins, clock-outs, breaks and deductions. You can also export a CSV file for your payroll or accounting software.
If I change a driver's hourly rate, does it rewrite past pay?
No. A new rate starts on the date you give it. Pay for shifts before that date still uses the old rate, and overtime is worked out on top from the daily and weekly limits you set.
