GPS shifts & payroll · included in the flat plan

GPS-verified shifts, payroll that's already done the maths.

Every clock-in, break and mile is tracked automatically. At payday, PharmGo hands you a workbook that's already applied the right rate, the right overtime rule and the right deduction.

No spreadsheet reconciling GPS pings against a whiteboard rota. Drivers clock in and take breaks from their own phone, anomalies — a shift that ran long, a break that ran over — land in a resolve queue instead of a payday surprise, and the export is ready for your accountant the moment the period closes.

Included in the flat plan — no per-driver payroll fee, however many shifts you run.

Clock in from the cab

Every shift starts and ends with a GPS fix.

Drivers clock in and out from their own phone; the app checks the position against the pharmacy and logs the distance against every shift. Stationary spells over five minutes get flagged automatically, and configurable rules catch the rest — a shift that ran too long, one that looks suspiciously short, too many breaks in a day.

Break rules, your call

Configure what a break means — the deduction follows.

Set up break types the way your pharmacy actually runs: paid or unpaid, a cap in minutes, how many a driver can take per shift or per day. Take less than the paid allowance and the shortfall can credit back automatically — off by default, on the moment you decide it should be.

Payday

A payroll workbook that's already done the sums.

Export XLSX or CSV, formatted for Sage, Xero or QuickBooks. The XLSX has a summary sheet — every driver, hours, rate, total — plus one sheet per driver with clock in/out, breaks taken, deductions and estimated miles. Rates are date-effective, so a rate change never rewrites last month's pay.

What the driver sees

Drivers watch their own pay build, shift by shift.

The earnings hub in the driver app shows a live running total for the period, a payslip preview before payday, and every shift broken down — hours, breaks, rate, amount. Fewer 'what am I owed this week' messages to the office.

Questions, answered

Common questions from UK pharmacy contractors.

Does GPS clock-in block a driver who's outside the pharmacy?

No. The geofence check is on record for every clock-in and clock-out — how far from the pharmacy, within range or not — but it doesn't stop a driver from starting their shift. It's evidence, not a gate.

How does PharmGo handle paid and unpaid breaks?

Configure break types the way your pharmacy actually runs: paid or unpaid, a cap in minutes, and how many a driver can take per shift or per day. Take less than a paid allowance and the shortfall can credit back automatically — off by default, on the moment a manager switches it on.

What's actually in the payroll export?

An XLSX workbook with a summary sheet — every driver, hours, rate, total — plus one sheet per driver: clock in/out, breaks taken, deductions, estimated miles from GPS-tracked shift distance, and a total that's already correct. Or export CSV formatted for Sage, Xero or QuickBooks.

If I change a driver's hourly rate, does it rewrite past pay?

No. Rates are date-effective — set a new rate and payroll for periods before that date still uses the old one. Payroll always applies whichever rate was live on the day the shift actually happened, and overtime (daily and weekly thresholds, both configurable) is calculated automatically on top.

What is PharmGo?

PharmGo is a UK pharmacy delivery management platform — live driver tracking, route optimization, audit-proof proof of delivery, recurring schedules, and GPS-verified payroll, all on one £30/month flat plan.

How is PharmGo different from other pharmacy delivery apps?

PharmGo runs your whole delivery operation: the same £30 covers your drivers' GPS-verified shifts and payroll, WhatsApp and live-map updates to patients, and care-home bulk rounds with a proof for every resident. It's the delivery software, the driver workforce layer, and the patient experience in one product.

How much does PharmGo cost?

£30 per month flat. Unlimited drivers, unlimited deliveries, unlimited branches. No per-driver fees, no per-delivery fees, no setup fees, no annual contract. First 30 days free.

How does PharmGo support my GPhC obligations?

PharmGo captures signature, photo, and GPS-stamped proof of delivery for every drop, with full audit trails and timestamped patient communications — the records you need when the inspector asks how deliveries are evidenced.

Can I import patient and delivery data from my existing PMR?

Yes. PharmGo imports from RxWeb, ProScript, Positive Solutions, and Titan. We add new PMR formats within two weeks of request.

How long does setup take?

Most pharmacies are live the same day. Sign up, import your patient list (CSV or PMR export), invite your drivers, and start dispatching within an hour.

Do my drivers need their own phones?

Drivers use the PharmGo iOS or Android app on their own device. The app is free and works on any phone running iOS 15+ or Android 9+.
