GPS-verified shifts, payroll that's already done the maths.
Every clock-in, break and mile is tracked automatically. At payday, PharmGo hands you a workbook that's already applied the right rate, the right overtime rule and the right deduction.
No spreadsheet reconciling GPS pings against a whiteboard rota. Drivers clock in and take breaks from their own phone, anomalies — a shift that ran long, a break that ran over — land in a resolve queue instead of a payday surprise, and the export is ready for your accountant the moment the period closes.
Included in the flat plan — no per-driver payroll fee, however many shifts you run.

Every shift starts and ends with a GPS fix.
Drivers clock in and out from their own phone; the app checks the position against the pharmacy and logs the distance against every shift. Stationary spells over five minutes get flagged automatically, and configurable rules catch the rest — a shift that ran too long, one that looks suspiciously short, too many breaks in a day.
Configure what a break means — the deduction follows.
Set up break types the way your pharmacy actually runs: paid or unpaid, a cap in minutes, how many a driver can take per shift or per day. Take less than the paid allowance and the shortfall can credit back automatically — off by default, on the moment you decide it should be.
A payroll workbook that's already done the sums.
Export XLSX or CSV, formatted for Sage, Xero or QuickBooks. The XLSX has a summary sheet — every driver, hours, rate, total — plus one sheet per driver with clock in/out, breaks taken, deductions and estimated miles. Rates are date-effective, so a rate change never rewrites last month's pay.
Drivers watch their own pay build, shift by shift.
The earnings hub in the driver app shows a live running total for the period, a payslip preview before payday, and every shift broken down — hours, breaks, rate, amount. Fewer 'what am I owed this week' messages to the office.

“Payroll used to take me half a Sunday, chasing GPS pings against a whiteboard rota. Now it's an export and a coffee.”
Every shift tracked. One flat price.
