What managers ask.

Can I run the day from my phone?

Yes. The same account works on the web and on the PharmGo app: today's deliveries, failed deliveries, moving a delivery to another driver, and messages.

What does my phone tell me about?

You choose in Your notifications: new deliveries, failed deliveries, and driver updates when a driver clocks in, takes a break or finishes. Van reminders come to your phone too.

What happens when a delivery fails?

It comes back with its reason and any photo, in one queue on the web and the phone, ready to rebook or try again.

I manage and I drive. Does that work?

Yes. A manager can switch their phone's Home between the manager view and their own driver view.
