Questions

What pharmacies ask us.

Is a branch a separate account I have to set up from scratch?

No. Each branch is a pharmacy in PharmGo with its own patients, drivers and deliveries, and your group links them. A group admin adds a branch from Settings.

Can a driver or manager work across more than one branch?

Yes. Give them access to the branches they need from the Members page. On the web they switch branch from the top bar, and on the phone they pick where they are working today. One login, one password.

What does a group with several branches pay?

£30 a month for your first branch, and £25 a month for each extra branch. There is no charge per driver or per delivery.

Is patient and delivery data kept separate between branches?

Yes. Each branch's patients, deliveries and drivers belong to that branch. Group access lets a person see the branches they are given; it does not merge the data.

Who can change the group's settings?

The group admin. A branch manager runs their own branch's day and does not see group settings. Pay is shown only to people you give pay access.
