When a patient's WhatsApp message settings are changed, PharmGo logs the date and time, and what each setting changed from and to.
An audit trail of edits
When someone on your team edits a patient, a delivery, a delivery schedule, a driver, a shift, a care home or a team member, PharmGo logs who made the edit, when, and what it was before and after.
Every delivery keeps a record
Who took it out, when, and who received it, with the place when the phone can get a location. A signature and a photo can be taken at the door, and a failed delivery is logged with its reason.
Shift records can't be quietly changed
A correction is a new entry, so the first record stays.
