What pharmacies ask us.

Is the driver app free?

Yes, for drivers. The PharmGo app is free to download, and your £30 a month covers every driver. There is no charge per driver.

Which phones does it run on?

iPhone and Android. Drivers use the app on their own phone and sign in with the details you give them.

Can a manager use the same app?

Yes. A manager signs in to the same app and gets the manager view: today's deliveries, failed deliveries to rebook, and the drivers. The web dashboard is there for the desk.

Can drivers swap deliveries between themselves?

Yes. Share / Take on the app moves today's deliveries from one driver to another, and a manager can assign deliveries to a different driver.

Does the app keep electronic proof of delivery (ePOD)?

Yes. Electronic proof of delivery, or ePOD, is the record the driver makes on their phone at the door, in place of a paper sheet: whether it was delivered, who took it, and notes. For controlled drugs and fridge items the app asks for a signature and a photo before it marks the delivery done; on other deliveries they are optional. If it could not be delivered, the driver gives the reason.
